The Rider Recycling rEvolution was a great success in its first semester with students recycling over 1,800lbs of cardboard, paper and plastics throughout the semester.  The program gave each dorm room in Rider Hall a recycling bin with hopes of increasing the amount of recycling that occurs in dorms.  With the increased availability of recycling we saw an increase of recycling by 211%.  Recycling materials not only reduces landfill space but also saves energy and natural resources.  Good job Rider Hall and keep up the recycling!
